Job summary

Duncan & Ross in Dubai is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to supervise on-site structural works, coordinate with design consultants and stakeholders, and review shop drawings and material submittals. The candidate will lead site meetings, maintain QA/QC and safety, and support the Resident Engineer or Project Manager in managing the structural package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 8–10 years total experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE/GCC.
• Proven experience with design consultancy firms on large-scale building/infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of local construction practices, codes and authority regulations.
• Ability to interpret and review structural designs and shop drawings.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
