Job summary

Duncan & Ross in the UAE is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to supervise on-site structural works and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and standards. You will review shop drawings and method statements, coordinate with design consultants and contractors, lead coordination meetings, and support the Resident Engineer in managing the structural package.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• 8–10 years total experience, with at least 5 years in UAE/GCC.
• Experience with design consultancy firms on large-scale building/infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of local practices, codes and authority regulations.
• Ability to interpret and review structural designs and shop drawings.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
