• Partner with managers by synthesizing data to drive actionable insights for executive business reviews.

Job Description / Role

This role will drive high-impact strategic projects, uncover data-driven insights, and support key decision-making across the business. The role is based within Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world’s pioneering local delivery platform operating in around 65 countries worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Track talabat’s core performance metrics, diving into daily and weekly datasets to detect operational trends, flag anomalies, and highlight quick-win optimization opportunities.
• Design, maintain, and automate interactive dashboards (Excel, Google Sheets, AI tools) to give stakeholders clear, real-time visibility into operational effectiveness and key business metrics.
• Assist in tracking critical business indicators against targets, translating complex quantitative data into clear, structured reports and visual summaries for periodic business reviews.
• Conduct granular regional and country-level analyses to map localized performance drivers, identify operational bottlenecks, and surface growth potential.
• Partner closely with managers by synthesizing data to drive actionable, key insights across ongoing projects, directly supporting strategic decision-making and executive business reviews.
• Synthesize analytical deep dives into clear, data-backed insights to assist cross-functional teams in refining commercial, operational and vertical strategies.

Experience Required

• 3-5 years of professional experience in quick-commerce, food delivery, e-commerce, or a fast-paced tech startup environment.
• Strong experience in P&L analysis, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and business impact modeling.
• Proven track record of structuring complex problems, conducting deep analysis, and synthesizing data into actionable business strategies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence teams across multiple operational units.

Education Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Skills Required

• Advanced proficiency with data querying and visualization tools (SQL, BigQuery, Looker, etc.)
