Job summary

talabat seeks a Senior Specialist in Strategy to drive growth for new ventures, studying performance and advising on direction using data-driven insights.

You will collaborate with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders, shaping metrics and reporting, while adapting to a fast-changing food-delivery environment in Dubai City Walk and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in a strategy role within food delivery, e-commerce, or management consulting.
• Strong track record of problem-solving, structuring problems, and translating data into actionable insights.
• Experience developing and implementing strategic initiatives.
• Experience in market analysis, competitive intelligence and business planning.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, comfortable with presentation and spreadsheets.

Job description

The strategy team within talabat is a multicultural team of ex-consultants and industry veterans. As a Senior Specialist you will work on a wide range of high-priority this role you will get to work on challenging business and analytical problems - where to grow how to grow how is a strategic initiative performing and providing data-driven feedback on the direction of the initiative.

Working with stakeholders from different parts of the business you can expect exposure to different aspects of talabat and interact with the senior leadership at talabat.

You will:

• Analyze and measure the strategic growth of our new ventures projects.

• Work with the team to implement innovative strategies to drive the success of new business opportunities define success metrics and identify new paths of growth..

• Improve reporting and data visibility for faster and more effective decision-making keeping up with the dynamic and fast nature of talabat operations to always provide the best solutions.

• Provide reliable and comprehensible data-backed assessment on the performance of initiatives and direction in terms of sustainable growth.

• Work alongside a team of professionals in a collaborative environment and support the teams overall growth.

• Work under fast-paced conditions with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in a strategy role within the food delivery e-commerce or management consulting industries

• Strong track record of problem-solving including structuring problems performing detailed analysis and translating data into actionable insights.

• Strong track record of developing and implementing successful strategic initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience in market analysis competitive intelligence and business planning.

• Strong analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written) comfortable with PowerPoint and Excel And/ Or Google Slides/ Sheets.
