Job summary

Julphar in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, seeks a senior Electrical Lead to coordinate installation, operation and maintenance across the plant, ensuring reliable systems and rapid fault resolution while complying with cGMP, safety requirements and approved procedures.

You will supervise installations, plan preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshoot faults, and manage generation and distribution systems in line with codes.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant electrical engineering and maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, installations, maintenance, safety, generation and distribution systems.
• Working knowledge of cGMP, data integrity and regulated documentation practices.
• Proven supervisory, troubleshooting, problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Excellent English communication, documentation and reporting skills.

• Lead HSE compliance, incident investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
