Job summary

Julphar in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a seasoned Electrical Lead to oversee installation, operation and maintenance of plant electrical systems, ensuring reliability, safety and cGMP compliance while minimizing production disruption.

The role requires strong hands-on expertise, documented leadership, and excellent English communication to coordinate with Production, Quality and other departments, drive corrective actions and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering is required.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, installations, maintenance, safety and distribution systems.
• Excellent English communication, documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise electrical installations, upgrades and daily shift activities.
• Plan and execute preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance for electrical equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot faults, identify safety risks and repair or replace defective components.
• Manage electrical generation and distribution systems in line with applicable codes and safety standards.
• Implement electrical SOPs and maintain accurate logbooks, permits, work orders, drawings, manuals and maintenance records.
• Work with Production, Quality and other departments to prevent or minimize operational interruptions.
• Lead HSE compliance, incident investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
