Job summary

Besix -Six Construct is seeking a Senior IC for IGD Integrated Gas Development Das Island on-site civil and building works in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on master program preparation, progress reporting, and schedule optimization with subcontractor coordination.

You will present schedules, monitor progress, and liaise with the Project Manager to adjust plans. Strong experience in schedules, invoices, and systems development is essential for successful delivery on this complex project.

Qualifications

• Senior IC with substantial project scheduling and construction experience.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors' schedules and invoices.
• Proficiency with bar charts, histograms and project deployment diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update the project master program.
• Prepare and issue progress reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).
• Present schedules with visual aids (bar charts, histograms).
• Monitor progress and advise Project Managers of slippages.
• Liaise with the Project Manager to adjust plans as necessary.
• Provide advice on development of specific systems.
• Follow up and integrate subcontractors' programs.
• Prepare and bill project invoices.
• Review subcontractors' schedules and invoices.
• Prepare project bar charts, manpower histograms and equipment deployment.

Job Responsibilities :

• Preparationsubmission and updating of the project master program
• Preparation andissue of necessary Progress reports (Daily weekly monthly)
• Presentingschedules of work often with visual aids such as bar charts and Histogramsdiagrams
• Monitoring progressthroughout the work process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work and advising the Project Managers of actual and expected slippages
• Liaising with theProject Manager throughout the process making adjustments to project plans as necessary
• Providing adviceand support on the development of specific systems
• Follow up andintegration of subcontractors programs
• Preparation / Billing of Projects Invoices.
• Review of Sub-contractors Schedules & Invoices
• Preparation ofproject bar charts / manpower (histograms) & construction equipment and regular updating
• Preparation ofdeployment of schedules of manpower and equipment
