Job summary

Elevate is seeking a world class Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our UAE team in Dubai. You will own the full lifecycle of partnership sales, from lead generation to closing, for sports and culture clients.

You will identify brands, engage partners, and drive multi-million dollar sponsorship revenue, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver activation and ROI for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5-10 years sales experience with targets met/exceeded.
• Confident engaging with executive stakeholders.
• Refined client facing and stakeholder engagement skills.
• KSA and/or GCC experience preferred.
• Ability to develop sponsorship marketing strategy for clients.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with clients, agencies and vendors.
• Experience coordinating with internal teams and partners.
• Think strategically and creatively; strong problem-solving.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of the partnership sales process, from lead generation to closing.
• Drive sales efforts to develop the partners portfolio and line-up of sponsors.
• Identify, engage and convert potential partners for the client.
• Responsible for day-to-day management of a client’s commercial partners and sponsors.
• Interface with account teams, clients and stakeholders to support sponsorships.
• Participate in sponsorship initiatives and customized promotions.
• Help measure sponsorship ROI and outcomes.
• Manage client-partner relationships and activation deliverables.
• Ensure contractual obligations are met and delivered on time.
• Collaborate with other agencies and Elevate divisions as needed.
