Job summary

The role focuses on driving specification sales and building relationships with developers, consultants, PMCs, architects, interior designers, and design firms across the UAE.

Qualifications

• A Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience within the interior products, construction materials, or specification sales industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand product specifications with developers, consultants, PMCs, architects, interior designers, and design firms across the UAE.
• Secure product approvals and inclusion in project specifications, BOQs, and tender documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and specification influencers.
• Identify and track upcoming projects across commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, and government sectors.
• Collaborate closely with project sales teams to convert specified opportunities into awarded business.
• Provide technical product support, presentations, samples, and documentation to consultants and clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging specification opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate database of consultants, architects, designers, and active projects.
