Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is recruiting a Specialty Outlet Chef for a new luxury hotel opening in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. You will lead the culinary operation of a premium Asian restaurant, shaping the dining experience with high-quality, creative concepts.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, expertise in Japanese and/or Hong Kong cuisine, and a background in high-end hospitality. GCC experience is preferred and joining within one month is advantageous for this pre-opening role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Specialty Outlet Chef / Head Chef in a premium Asian concept.
• Strong experience in Japanese and/or Hong Kong cuisine.
• Background in high-end hotel or standalone restaurant.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage a team.
• GCC experience is preferred and availability within 1 month is advantageous.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Specialty Outlet Chef to join a new luxury hotel opening in Ras Al Khaimah and lead the culinary operation of a stylish Asian restaurant.

We are looking for a chef with strong experience in a high-end, reputable Asian restaurant, ideally within the GCC, with a passion for quality, creativity and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Specialty Outlet Chef / Head Chef in a premium Asian concept
• Strong Japanese and/or Hong Kong cuisine experience
• High-end hotel or standalone restaurant background
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• GCC experience preferred
• Available to join within 1 month preferred

Salary Package:

Negotiable plus accommodation allowance or 1-bedroom accommodation
