Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Pan Asian kitchen operations
• Develop, curate, and maintain innovative and authentic Pan Asian menus
• Ensure consistent preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Pan Asian cuisines (Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Korean, Southeast Asian)
• Maintain strict adherence to quality, taste, and brand presentation standards
• Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure performance excellence
• Control food costs, portioning, inventory, and minimize waste
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
• Coordinate effectively with restaurant management to align culinary strategy with brand vision
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment

We are seeking a talented, experienced, and passionate Brand Chef – Pan Asian Head Chef to lead the culinary direction of a high-end restaurant in Dubai. Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all Pan Asian kitchen operations

Develop, curate, and maintain innovative and authentic Pan Asian menus

Ensure consistent preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes

Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Pan Asian Chef in a high-end or luxury dining environment

Deep knowledge of authentic Pan Asian cooking techniques and ingredients

Experience in menu development and brand-standard implementation

Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen

Strong focus on consistency, creativity, and presentation

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Full Package Salary: AED 12,000 – 15,000 per month all-inclusive package
