Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Specialty Outlet Chef to join a new luxury hotel opening in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, and lead the culinary operation of a premium Asian restaurant.

We require strong Japanese and/or Hong Kong cuisine experience, GCC background preferred, and outstanding leadership to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Salary is negotiable with accommodation options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Specialty Outlet Chef / Head Chef in a premium Asian concept.
• Strong Japanese and/or Hong Kong cuisine experience.
• High-end hotel or standalone restaurant background.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• GCC experience preferred.
• Available to join within 1 month preferred.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Specialty Outlet Chef to join a new luxury hotel opening in Ras Al Khaimah and lead the culinary operation of a stylish Asian restaurant.

We are looking for a chef with strong experience in a high‑end, reputable Asian restaurant, ideally within the GCC, with a passion for quality, creativity and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Specialty Outlet Chef / Head Chef in a premium Asian concept
• Strong Japanese and/or Hong Kong cuisine experience
• High‑end hotel or standalone restaurant background
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• GCC experience preferred
• Available to join within 1 month preferred

Salary Package:

Negotiable plus accommodation allowance or 1-bedroom accommodation
