Job summary

Schneider Electric - UAE in Dubai seeks a tendering specialist to manage end-to-end tendering for Capex and Opex opportunities, from straightforward bids to highly complex proposals.

You will analyze RFQs, develop accurate cost estimates, define winning strategies, prepare compliant offer documentation, and support contract structuring, pricing, CPP processes and risk mitigation with cross-functional teams. This role emphasizes strategic thinking, analytical insight, and cross-team collaboration.
