Job summary

A premium private hospital in Al Ain seeks a Specialist in Reproductive Medicine IVF to join its fertility services. You will deliver specialist assessments and manage patients with fertility concerns, collaborating with embryologists, nurses, lab teams, gynecologists, and other fertility experts.

You will conduct comprehensive fertility consultations, review histories, and develop individualized treatment plans, including IVF pathways, ovulation induction, and patient education.

Qualifications

• Recognized medical degree.
• Recognized specialist qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology and/or Reproductive Medicine.
• Relevant specialist experience in reproductive medicine and fertility services.
• Practical experience with IVF/assisted reproductive treatment pathways.
• DOH licence or eligibility.
• Strong communication and counselling skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive fertility and reproductive medicine consultations.
• Assess female and male infertility cases as appropriate to scope.
• Review fertility history, laboratory results and imaging.
• Develop individualized fertility treatment plans.
• Manage patients undergoing assisted reproductive treatment.
• Participate in IVF treatment pathways.
• Provide ovulation induction and fertility-management services.
• Monitor patients throughout treatment cycles.
• Coordinate with embryology and laboratory teams.
• Provide pre-treatment counselling and patient education.
• Discuss treatment options, outcomes and clinical considerations.
• Provide follow-up and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
