TalentSpoc seeks an experienced Specialist Critical Care Physician to join a leading UAE healthcare facility. You will provide specialized care to critically ill patients in the ICU, develop individualized treatment plans, and support optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing respiratory failure, sepsis, shock and MODS, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining detailed records to ensure patient safety and high-quality care.

Formación

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Postgraduate qualification in Critical Care Medicine or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years post-specialization experience preferred.
• Experience in ICU management, ventilator support and emergency critical care.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and manage critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for life-threatening conditions.
• Manage respiratory failure, sepsis, shock and multi-organ dysfunction.
• Monitor patients requiring mechanical ventilation and advanced hemodynamic support.
• Perform emergency stabilization and resuscitation when required.
• Coordinate with intensivists, surgeons, anesthesiologists and other specialists.
• Monitor patient progress and manage complications associated with critical illness.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure high standards of patient safety and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients in the ICU
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with life-threatening conditions
• Manage respiratory failure, sepsis, shock, and multi-organ dysfunction
• Monitor patients requiring mechanical ventilation and advanced hemodynamic support
• Perform emergency stabilization and resuscitation when required
• Coordinate with intensivists, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other specialists
• Monitor patient progress and manage complications associated with critical illness
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure high standards of patient safety and care

Qualifications & Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree
• Relevant postgraduate qualification in Critical Care Medicine, Intensive Care Medicine, or an equivalent specialty
• Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred
• Experience in ICU management, ventilator support, and emergency critical care
• Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills
