TalentSpoc is seeking an experienced Intensive Care Consultant to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai, UAE. You will oversee ICU operations, guide critical care decisions, and lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds MBBS with a postgraduate qualification in Intensive Care Medicine or related fields, and has substantial consultant-level experience in critical care and leadership.

Qualificações

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Postgraduate qualification in Intensive Care Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, or Anesthesiology with critical care training.
• Significant post-specialization experience at Consultant level.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and manage critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for complex conditions.
• Manage respiratory failure, sepsis, shock, and multi‑organ dysfunction.
• Oversee ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring in critical care.
• Lead emergency resuscitation and stabilization efforts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise outcomes.
• Supervise junior doctors and clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records and high safety standards.

We are seeking an experienced Intensive Care Consultant to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will provide expert care to critically ill patients, manage complex medical conditions, and lead clinical decision-making in the intensive care unit (ICU).

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients in the ICU
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients with complex and life-threatening conditions
• Manage respiratory failure, sepsis, shock, and multi-organ dysfunction
• Oversee ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and critical care interventions
• Lead emergency resuscitation and stabilization efforts
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Supervise and guide junior doctors and other clinical staff
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure high standards of patient safety and care

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree
• Relevant postgraduate qualification in Intensive Care Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, or Anesthesiology with appropriate critical care training
• Significant post-specialization experience in intensive care at Consultant level
• Strong clinical leadership, decision‑making, and communication skills
