Job summary

Talentspoc LLC in the UAE seeks an experienced Specialist Critical Care Physician to join a leading healthcare facility. You will deliver advanced critical care in the ICU, manage life-threatening conditions, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

The role requires MBBS and postgraduate training in Critical Care Medicine, with a minimum of three years post-specialization experience.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree is required.
• Postgraduate qualification in Critical Care Medicine or Intensive Care Medicine is required or preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for life-threatening conditions.
• Manage respiratory failure, sepsis, shock, and multi-organ dysfunction.
• Monitor patients requiring mechanical ventilation and advanced hemodynamic support.
• Perform emergency stabilization and resuscitation as needed.
• Coordinate with intensivists, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other specialists.
• Monitor patient progress and manage complications associated with critical illness.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure high standards of patient safety and care.
