Exinity in Dubai seeks a Copy & Ghostwriter to own narrative voice across the PiP platform. Youll produce crisp short-form copy for product surfaces and long-form pieces, interview SMEs, shape ideas into clear arguments, and edit for clarity, accuracy and tone.

You will use AI tools responsibly while maintaining final editorial control. Successful candidates will deliver fast, consistent output that improves CTR, CVR, and engagement time-on-page, with a documented voice guide and measurable

Qualifications

• Proven writing experience across short-form copy and long-form explainers.
• Executive ghostwriting with strong voice-mimicry and discretion.
• Ability to simplify technical/financial topics for broad audiences.
• Strong headlines, crisp CTAs, and concise microcopy.
• Comfortable using AI drafting tools; retains final editorial control.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Own the PiP voice and maintain a concise style guide.

Role Summary

PiP is hiring a Copy & Ghostwriter to own narrative voice and editorial output across the PiP platform. Youll produce crisp short-form copy (product surfaces social captions announcements emails) and high-signal long-form pieces (thought leadership explainers founder POVs product deep dives). Youll interview internal SMEs shape ideas into clear arguments and use AI tools responsibly for drafting/variantswhile you remain the final editor for clarity accuracy and tone. Success fast consistent output that is easy to share easy to understand and moves core metrics (CTR CVR engagement time-on-page).

• 57 years professional writing/editorial; portfolio spanning short long-form
• Executive ghostwriting experience; voice mimicry and discretion
• Ability to simplify complex technical/financial topics
• Strong headline/lead instincts; crisp CTAs and microcopy
• Comfortable with AI drafting tools; you own the edit and accuracy
• Based in Dubai (or relocating)

Nice to Have

• Fintech/crypto trading gaming storytelling
