Job summary

Exinity in Dubai seeks a Copy & Ghostwriter to own narrative voice across the PiP platform. Youll produce crisp short-form copy for product surfaces and long-form pieces, interview SMEs, shape ideas into clear arguments, and edit for clarity, accuracy and tone.

You will use AI tools responsibly while maintaining final editorial control. Successful candidates will deliver fast, consistent output that improves CTR, CVR, and engagement time-on-page, with a documented voice guide and measurable

Qualifications

• Proven writing experience across short-form copy and long-form explainers.
• Executive ghostwriting with strong voice-mimicry and discretion.
• Ability to simplify technical/financial topics for broad audiences.
• Strong headlines, crisp CTAs, and concise microcopy.
• Comfortable using AI drafting tools; retains final editorial control.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Own the PiP voice and maintain a concise style guide.
• Write/edit short-form copy for product social and announcements.
• Produce long-form articles: explainers, POV essays and updates.
• Ghostwrite executive content for LinkedIn/Twitter and internal memos.
• Build a living copy bank: hooks, headers, CTAs, FAQs, one-liners.
• Script captions and end-cards for short videos with Creative.
• Maintain an editorial calendar; track deadlines and post-mortems.
• Measure outcomes with Growth and iterate from data.
• Ensure clear DISCLAIMERS and responsible communication.
