Rakbank in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a motivated Collection Specialist to join the Credit Collections team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer outcomes while supporting the Bank's risk management objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Collections & Recovery or related banking/customer service.
• UAE National (Family Book required).

Responsibilities

• Manage and recover delinquent accounts in line with agreed collection and recovery targets.
• Monitor early warning indicators and support proactive risk mitigation activities.
• Engage with customers through approved communication channels to facilitate account regularization and minimize delinquency.
• Manage an allocated portfolio while maintaining productivity, quality, and service standards.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and elevate complex matters where appropriate.
• Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence within the Collections function.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve team objectives.

• Understanding of collections, customer engagement, and financial concepts is advantageous.
