Job summary

Rakbank seeks a Relationship Manager - Commercial Real Estate & Secure Lending to grow the CRE portfolio, achieve asset growth, revenue, and cross-sell targets while delivering exemplary client service.

The role requires securing new lending opportunities with high-value CRE clients, preparing credit proposals, coordinating end-to-end deal execution, and ensuring compliance with AML, KYC and UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant CRE/Banking experience.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of UAE banking regulations, AML and KYC requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage the Commercial Real Estate portfolio by achieving asset growth, revenue, fee income, and cross-sell targets.
• Identify, originate, and execute new lending opportunities with a focus on high-value commercial real estate clients and strategic relationships.
• Prepare and review credit proposals, transaction structures, renewals, amendments, and other credit-related documentation.
• Coordinate end-to-end deal execution including due diligence, approvals and disbursement.
• Partner with Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Treasury teams.
• Monitor portfolio performance, covenant compliance and asset quality.
• Deliver exceptional client service and proactive relationship management.
• Ensure adherence to AML, KYC and regulatory requirements.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Commercial Real Estate, Business Banking or Corporate Banking.
• Proven track record in originating and managing CRE lending transactions.
