Job summary

Al Ghurair is seeking a Specialist - Brand & Social Media Marketing to join the Marketing team in Al Ghurair Property Management. The role focuses on brand marketing and organic social media, driving multi-channel campaigns, and delivering high-impact content across the property portfolio.

You will partner with Marketing Manager to align campaigns with business objectives, track performance, and optimize initiatives while overseeing 15 social channels and coordinating with external agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 4+ years' experience in a B2C marketing department.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape marketing campaigns focusing on brand marketing and organic social media.
• Develop multi-channel campaigns aligning with business objectives and KPIs.
• Oversee multi-channel campaigns across events, PR, OOH, digital, social, print and web.
• Track and analyse campaign performance, presenting insights for optimization.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all platforms.
• Manage website and email communication strategies for acquisition and retention.
• Oversee social media for 15 channels across the portfolio and agencies.
• Coordinate offline marketing efforts and manage events.
• Manage third party agencies and vendors to meet briefs and budgets.

What you'll do?

• Collaborate with Marketing Manager to lead and shape all marketing campaigns across the business portfolio with a focus on brand marketing and organic social media.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to integrate all marketing channels ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and KPI's.
• Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns (events, PR, OOH, digital, social, print and web) to ensure consistency and maximum impact.
• Track, measure and analyse campaign performance, presenting insights and recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
• Drive the alignment of brand messaging and tone across all platforms, ensuring cohesion across the portfolio.
• - Manager website and email communication strategies focusing on both acquisition and retention.
• Oversee see social media for 15 channels across the property portfolio (AGP, AGC, Flayva, Glitch Tej - including Tiktok, Facebook and Instagram) - ensuring high quality, engaging content.
• Coordinate and execute off line marketing efforts, including PR, OOH, DOOH, brochures and other collateral.
• Organize and manage the execution of internal and external events, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with marketing goals.
• Manage third party agencies and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time and within budget.

Who you are?

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related qualification
• 4+ years' experience in a B2C marketing department
