Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience with teams of 5 or more.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, dashboards).
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• College degree required.
• Proven ability to manage, motivate, and hold accountable a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes.
• Experience with Excel macros or basic automation.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Manage 5-10 direct reports, providing training, coaching, and instruction for day-to-day tasks
• Monitor progress and quality of active projects to ensure completion within timelines
• Manage daily workload and special project assignments, including manual intake tickets
• Build and maintain Excel trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor productivity and case volume
• Analyze case and project data using Excel to identify trends, bottlenecks, and staffing needs
• Provide regular, structured performance feedback and formal reviews to team members
• Set individual and team performance goals and hold direct reports accountable to metrics
