Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai is seeking a capable team supervisor to lead 5–10 staff within a fast-paced legal operations environment. You will coach, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of tasks while upholding high quality standards.

The role requires advanced Excel skills, strong analytical ability, and clear communication. You will build dashboards, track performance, and collaborate with Learning and Development to drive ongoing training and improvement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience with teams of 5 or more.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, dashboards).
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• College degree required.
• Proven ability to manage, motivate, and hold accountable a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes.
• Experience with Excel macros or basic automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage 5-10 direct reports and provide coaching.
• Monitor progress and quality to meet deadlines.
• Oversee daily workload and special projects, incl. manual intake tickets.
• Build and maintain Excel trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Analyze case data in Excel to identify trends and staffing needs.
• Provide regular performance feedback and formal reviews.
• Set team and individual goals and hold members accountable to metrics.
• Partner with Learning and Development to identify knowledge gaps and training initiatives.
