Job summary

Atlas Copco Holding GmbH is seeking a Spare Parts Orders Administrator for the Gas & Process Division in Dubai. The role focuses on end-to-end processing of spare parts orders, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and high customer service levels.

You will work with sales, service, logistics, and finance to coordinate bookings, invoicing, and order fulfillment. A SAP experience is preferred, with 3–5 years in sales support or aftermarket parts administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience in sales support or aftermarket parts administration.
• SAP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Process spare parts orders from customers, sales teams and service departments.
• Verify part numbers, pricing, availability and delivery requirements.
• Create and maintain sales orders in the ERP system and track status to delivery.
• Coordinate with product companies and forwarders for deliveries and expedite urgent orders.
• Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with procedures.
