Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Storekeeper in waste management, fleet maintenance, heavy equipment, construction, transportation, or industrial operations.
• Strong knowledge of spare parts for heavy equipment, trucks, compactors, loaders, excavators, and waste management machinery.
• Experience with inventory management systems and ERP software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming spare parts, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Issue spare parts and consumables to maintenance and operations teams.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment with Procurement.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory audits.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of spare parts and materials.
• Maintain inventory records in ERP systems and prepare inventory reports.
• Track fast-moving and critical spare parts to avoid downtime.
• Coordinate with workshop and fleet maintenance teams regarding parts requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards.
