Job summary

Almulla in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates, seeks a detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage storage, tracking, and distribution of materials in our manufacturing facility. You will support production with accurate inventory control and adhere to safety and hygiene standards.

The role requires at least 2 years in a warehouse or storekeeping, proficiency with ERP and inventory software, and the ability to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational certification in logistics or inventory management is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or storekeeping role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and goods for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual and digital systems (e.g., ERP or inventory software).
• Organize and label storage areas to ensure efficient retrieval and proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Issue materials to production lines based on work orders and production schedules.
• Prepare and process documentation for material transfers, returns, and disposals.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Monitor stock levels and alert management to low or excess inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and warehouse standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA, or local regulations).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
