Job summary

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is seeking a Spa Treatment Supervisor to lead the Spa Treatment area, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and upholding service standards.

Based in the Spa & Wellness department, you will supervise therapists, coordinate training, manage stock and inventory, and contribute to marketing and events while inspiring your team to deliver premium luxury treatments.

Qualifications

• Lux spa/wellness experience required.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments and wellness services.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standard of service across the spa by therapists.
• Lead training plans and coordinate with Learning & Development.
• Oversee stock control and spa supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms.
• Drive sales targets and upselling initiatives.
• Support marketing plans and spa events.
• Mentor therapists to maintain consistency and quality.
