Jumeirah Saadiyat Island is seeking a Spa Therapist to join our luxury spa team. You will ensure treatment rooms are prepared to standard, provide exceptional therapy, and maintain a hygienic environment for every guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in spa therapy, a nationally recognized qualification, and a track record in international luxury hospitality. We offer a premium working environment with extensive development and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
• Professional health therapy qualification (nationally recognized).
• 2–3 years of spa therapist experience, preferably with international luxury brands.

Responsibilities

• Examine treatment rooms before beginning a treatment to ensure they are set up per standards.
• Provide a clean, safe, and hygienic spa environment in line with SOPs and regulations.
• Greet guests, review wellness history questionnaires, and tailor therapies accordingly.
• Address guest queries or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high personal hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance.
• Follow departmental policies and deliver luxurious service to guests.
