Job summary

Jumeirah Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Spa Therapist to join its luxury wellness team. You will ensure pristine treatment rooms, maintain the highest hygiene standards, and deliver personalised guest experiences in line with Jumeirah's standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years spa therapy experience with international luxury hospitality, a recognized therapy qualification, and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
• Professional health therapy qualification (nationally recognized).
• 2–3 years of work experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably with an international luxury hospitality company.

Responsibilities

• Examine treatment rooms before beginning a treatment to ensure they are fully set up and up to standard.
• Provide a clean, safe, and hygienic environment within the Spa in line with SOPs and local regulations.
• Receive guests and ensure consultation questionnaires and wellness history are reviewed prior to treatments for appropriate therapy.
• Address guest queries or complaints promptly in a professional manner.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
• Keep uniform and personal appearance clean and professional; protect company assets and confidentiality.
• Adhere to departmental policies and standard operating procedures to deliver luxurious service.
