• Conduct pre-treatment consultations to understand health concerns or contraindications.
• Provide aftercare advice and wellness tips.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring a clean, relaxing environment.
• Manage appointment schedules and ensure punctuality.
• Handle spa products, tools, and equipment safely and hygienically.
• Stay informed about spa products and services to confidently recommend items.
• Support retail sales by advising guests on complementary products.
• Work with spa professionals, supervisors, and therapists to ensure seamless operations.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops.

Wellness Treatments

• Perform a range of specialised spa treatments, including deep tissue massage, signature massage, dry cupping therapy, Madero therapy, and lymphatic drainage.
• Tailor treatments to each guest's needs while adhering to industry best practices, such as identifying contraindications and ensuring safe and effective delivery of therapies.
• Customise treatments to meet individual client needs and preferences.

Guest Interaction

• Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable.
• Conduct pre-treatment consultations to understand health concerns or contraindications.
• Provide aftercare advice, including product recommendations and wellness tips.

Operational Excellence

• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring a clean, relaxing, and hygienic environment.
• Manage appointment schedules effectively, ensuring punctuality.
• Handle spa products, tools, and equipment with care, adhering to safety standards.

Retail And Product Knowledge

• Stay informed about spa product lines and services to confidently recommend items to guests.
• Support retail sales by educating clients about products that complement their treatments.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with other spa professionals, CRO, spa supervisor / managers, and therapists, to ensure seamless operations.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
