Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in massage therapy, aesthetics, or a related field.
• Training in aromatherapy or reflexology is a plus.
• Experience in a spa, wellness centre, or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of spa software systems and scheduling tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of spa treatments including deep tissue and signature massages, dry cupping, Madero therapy, and lymphatic drainage.
• Tailor treatments to guest needs and assess contraindications.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to ensure a clean, relaxing and hygienic environment.
• Manage appointment schedules and ensure punctuality.
• Educate guests about products and support retail sales.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Wellness Treatments Perform a range of specialised spa treatments including deep tissue massage signature massage dry cupping therapy Madero therapy and lymphatic drainage Tailor treatments to each guest s needs while adhering to industry best practices such as identifying contraindications and ensuring safe and effective delivery of therapies Customise treatments to meet individual client needs and preferences
• Guest Interaction Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable Conduct pre-treatment consultations to understand health concerns or contraindications Provide aftercare advice including product recommendations and wellness tips
• Operational Excellence Prepare and maintain treatment rooms ensuring a clean relaxing and hygienic environment Manage appointment schedules effectively ensuring punctuality Handle spa products tools and equipment with care adhering to safety standards
• Retail and Product Knowledge Stay informed about spa product lines and services to confidently recommend items to guests Support retail sales by educating clients about products that complement their treatments
• Team Collaboration Work closely with other spa professionals CRO spa supervisor managers and therapists to ensure seamless operations Participate in team meetings training sessions and workshops

Requirements
