Ennismore's 25hours Hotel One Central in Dubai is inviting a Spa Therapist to join a vibrant, diverse team. You will perform massages, maintain cleanliness and safety, and support all spa operations while providing a premium guest experience in a lively hospitality setting.

With 1–3 years of spa therapy experience and a certified therapy education degree, you will contribute to guest satisfaction, maintain licenses, and help drive monthly targets in a cosmopolitan hotel environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in spa therapy.
• Knowledge of local market.
• Experience in hospitality.
• Certified degree in therapy education.

Responsibilities

• Perform massage to guests maintaining their comfort at all times.
• Ensure the facility is in peak condition at all times (operations and cleanliness).
• Ensure guest/member satisfaction by prioritising safety.
• Perform face and body treatments, as certified/trained to do so.
• Be on time for appointments and review appointments after completing each massage.
• Keep work area clean and neat at all times.
• Maintain supplies in an orderly fashion within the massage/face/body work area.
• Interact courteously with members and guests.
• Promote spa services to hotel guests.
• Maintain current professional licenses.
• Report dysfunctional equipment to Spa Manager if any.
• Assist in operations of all spa departments.
• Contribute to social reviews.
• Meet individual monthly targets.
• Organize storage room and inventory.

Job Description

How does your working day look like …

• Perform massage to guests maintaining their comfort at all times.
• Ensure the facility is in peak condition at all times (operations and cleanliness).
• Ensure guest/member satisfaction at all times by ensuring that safety as first priority.
• Perform face and body treatments, as certified/trained to do so.
• Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each massage.
• Keep work area clean and neat at all times.
• Maintain an ample supply of products, oils, towels, sheets, and other necessary supplies in a neat and orderly fashion within the massage/face/body work area. Preparation of kits as required/needed.
• The ability to courteously interact and answer all facility related questions with members and guests.
• Serve as catalyst to promote spa services to members and hotel guests.
• Maintain current professional licenses.
• Report dysfunctional equipment to the Spa Manager if any.
• Assist in the operations of all spa departments
• Contribute to social reviews.
• Meet individual monthly targets.
• Maintain and organize the storage room and inventory.

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV …

• 1-3 years of experience in similar role of Spa therapist, knowledge of local market, experience in hospitality.
• Certified Degree in therapy education
