The Spa Therapist role at Confidentiel is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Spa Therapist will perform a range of spa treatments, including facials, body therapies, and basic beauty services, in accordance with company protocols and hygiene standards. Daily tasks include welcoming guests, conducting consultations to understand their needs, recommending suitable treatments, and ensuring a relaxing and safe spa experience. The role involves maintaining treatment rooms and equipment, adhering to health and safety guidelines, and updating client records as needed. The Spa Therapist will also collaborate with colleagues to support overall spa operations, promote services, and help achieve guest satisfaction and retention goals.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in spa treatments and basic beauty services, including Spa Treatments and Pedicures.


• Knowledge of skincare practices and treatments, including Cosmetology and Facials.


• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage guest expectations, and handle feedback professionally.


• Relevant certification or diploma in spa therapy, cosmetology, or a related field.


• Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or hospitality environment, ideally in a multicultural setting.


• Ability to maintain high hygiene standards, follow health and safety protocols, and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
