Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a professional, empathetic manner.
• Relevant massage therapy certification or diploma from an accredited institution; eligibility to practice in Dubai as per local regulations.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications to ensure safe and appropriate treatments.
• Commitment to high standards of hygiene, safety, and confidentiality in all client interactions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by spa operations.
• Previous spa or wellness center experience is preferred; additional training in other massage modalities is an advantage.
