The ideal candidate holds a current spa therapy certification and licensure, demonstrates professionalism, and can adapt to flexible hours in a five-star environment.

Job Description

Planning & Organizing:

1. Ability to handle guests complain with confidence and a smile

6. To ensure the facility is in peak condition at all times (operations and cleanliness).
7. To ensure guest/member satisfaction at all times by ensuring that safety and service is always the Spa's first priority

Operations:

1. A desire to maintain our exceptional Swissôtel Al Murooj Hotel Standards
2. Being flexible in the working hours is essential
3. Help Spa to maintain a healthy working environment
4. Perfect grooming
5. Help his/her team to achieve sales, treatment targets through effective implantation of product communication
6. Ensure that effective training of the spa therapists is carried out on a regular basis, to ensure the treatments are carried out to our standards
7. Ensure that the therapists are fully trained in their respective treatments.
8. Ensure that the Spa operates with adequate stock at all times
9. Ensure that effective preventive maintenance procedures are in place for all equipments
10. Ensure that hygiene and cleaning standards are adhered to
11. Ensure that all operational check lists are in place and effectively followed.
12. Manage by walking around at appropriate times and lead by personal example in terms of guest interaction
13. To massage clients maintaining the clients comfort at all times.
14. Perform all body treatments, as certified/trained to do so.
15. Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each massage.
16. Keep work area clean and neat at all times.
17. Maintain an ample inventory of all products necessary to perform all treatments offered.
18. The ability to courteously interact and answer all facility related questions with members and guests.
19. Insure current trends in body treatment and aesthetic industry.
20. Serve as catalyst to promote spa services to members and hotel guests.
21. Maintain current professional licenses.
22. Assist in the operations of all spa departments as required:
23. Facility Operations
24. Adherence of departmental Emergency Procedures/Safety Manual.
25. Maintain equipment for Aesthetics and personal equipment in safe and sanitary condition.
26. To ensure Masseur/se maintains a positive relationship with all departments in the Spa and Hotel.
27. Responsible for being trained in all facility operations.
28. To ensure having a complete understanding of, and adhere to, the hotel's policy relating to safety.
29. Responsible for understanding all Spa departments training in pertinent emergency procedures and ensuring all departments are well versed.
30. Act as a F&B ambassador

Administrations:

1. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures Manual.
2. To maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the treatment rooms.
3. To attend weekly/monthly Aestheticians departmental communication meetings.
4. Maintain strict adherence to the property's environmental protocols by driving resource efficiency across all functions, particularly through implementing measures for responsible energy and water consumption, reducing waste output, supporting sustainable purchasing decisions, and accurately contributing to required full compliance.
