Job summary

Fairmont The Palm in Dubai seeks a professional Spa Attendant to consistently offer friendly, engaging service and support all spa operations, including assisting guests with the sauna, steam, day pass and spa facilities.

You will maintain stock levels, provide product information, handle retail sales, and ensure safety and cleanliness while adhering to standards; previous spa or hospitality experience is preferred, with Excel and Book4Time experience valued.

Qualifications

• Previous Spa or Hospitality experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience at a 5* hotel spa or luxury stand-alone Spa
• Strong administrative skills including Excel Spreadsheets
• Book4Time experience mandatory
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Responsibilities

• To report anything which may be a Health & Safety hazard.
