Job summary

Th8 Palm Dubai is seeking a friendly Spa Receptionist to join the luxury hospitality team. You will greet guests, manage appointments, handle check-in/check-out, and assist therapists to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in spa reception or luxury hospitality, strong English communication, and solid customer service skills. Opportunities include handling daily reports and contributing to upselling spa services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in spa reception, luxury hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.


• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and guest-relations skills.


• Proficiency in appointment scheduling, emails, computer applications, and daily spa reports.


• Experience with spa management and booking systems; Book4Time knowledge is an advantage


• Strong sales skills with the ability to recommend treatments, packages, and retail products.
