Western International LLC (Geepas) in Dubai seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a high-volume South Indian restaurant, ensuring smooth service and adherence to SOPs, brand standards, and UAE regulations.

The role requires 5–8 years in hospitality, with proven experience managing dine-in, takeaway, delivery, and catering, strong food safety knowledge, team leadership, and a focus on profitability, inventory control, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
5–8 years of progressive experience in the restaurant industry, with a minimum of 3 years as a Restaurant Manager.
Proven experience managing authentic South Indian restaurant or reputed South Indian restaurant chain.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Oversee dine-in, takeaway, delivery, and catering operations.
Lead, supervise, motivate, and develop restaurant employees.
Prepare staff rosters and manage manpower effectively.
Monitor inventory levels and control costs to achieve profitability.
Ensure HACCP, UAE regulations, and food safety standards are followed.
