India Abroad is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager in Dubai to oversee daily operations, ensuring quality food and service while driving profitability. You will manage staffing, budgeting, and marketing, train staff, and uphold hygiene and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has proven restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and excellent customer service skills, with knowledge of food safety regulations and POS systems.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant best practices.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant operations including staffing, inventory management, budgeting and marketing.
• Ensure high-quality food and service standards are met at all times.
• Train and supervise staff members to maintain a positive work environment.
• Monitor and control costs to maximize profitability.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Maintain proper hygiene and safety standards in accordance with local regulations.
