The ideal candidate has at least one year of MS Office experience and strong organizational skills to manage workflow and performance across a high-volume operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience using Microsoft Office products and applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities across assigned Sort Center processes.
• Monitor workflow and ensure work is completed according to SOPs.
• Coordinate associates across operational areas to support planned volume and productivity targets.
• Lead, motivate, and guide team members during active sortation periods.
• Monitor operational performance and identify areas where execution falls below expected standards.
• Track KPIs and provide clear reporting on results.
• Investigate process inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
• Implement approved changes to improve productivity, quality, or workflow reliability.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and reduce blockers.
• Maintain visibility over workload, staffing, and task completion throughout the shift.
• Support consistent execution of operational standards across the assigned work area.
• Escalate significant performance, staffing, or process concerns when required.
• Use Microsoft Office for reporting and analysis.
• Maintain accurate operational records and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Sort Center.
• Work flexible across shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays when scheduled.
• Complete a 40-hour work week and overtime when required.
