Job summary

DAQO ELECTRIC MEA FZCO in Dubai is seeking a Solutions Manager to support the development of MV/LV power distribution solutions across the Middle East and Africa. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with regional Country Managers, Sales Managers, utilities, EPC contractors, consultants, end users, and DAQO's engineering and manufacturing teams in China.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in power distribution, electrical equipment, solution engineering or pre-sales.
• Strong knowledge of MV/LV power distribution systems and IEC standards.
• Willing to travel across the Middle East and Africa.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated MV/LV power distribution solutions based on customer and project requirements.
• Review technical specifications, SLDs, RFQs and tender documents.
• Prepare technical proposals, compliance matrices, BOMs, equipment selections and technical responses.
• Support EPC, utility and large-scale project bidding and technical clarification.
• Coordinate with HQ engineering teams to develop customized and competitive solutions.
• Conduct technical presentations, workshops and customer meetings.
• Support Country Managers and Sales Managers across MEA during project development.
• Work with utilities, consultants, EPC contractors and end users to resolve technical requirements.
• Support vendor registration, prequalification, product localization and certification activities.
• Collect market intelligence on customer requirements, competitors and technical trends.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Factory, Commercial, Logistics and Project teams through project handover and execution.

Solutions Manager – Middle East & Africa

About the Role

DAQO ELECTRIC MEA FZCO is looking for an experienced Solutions Manager to support the development of MV/LV power distribution solutions across the Middle East and Africa.

Based in Dubai, this role will work closely with regional Country Managers, Sales Managers, utilities, EPC contractors, consultants, end users, and DAQO's engineering and manufacturing teams in China.

The Solutions Manager will serve as the key technical bridge between customers and DAQO, supporting RFQs, tenders, technical proposals, project development and solution optimization across Data Centers, Utilities, Renewable Energy, Industrial, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas and Mining projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in power distribution, electrical equipment, solution engineering, application engineering or technical pre-sales.
• Strong knowledge of MV/LV power distribution systems and familiarity with products such as:
• MV & LV Switchgear
• RMU
• Transformers
• Busway / Busduct Systems
• Compact & Prefabricated Substations
• BESS Integration
• Strong understanding of IEC standards and international electrical specifications.
• Project experience in Utilities, EPC, Data Centers, Industrial, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure.
• Strong customer-facing, technical presentation and communication skills.
• Willing to travel across the Middle East and Africa.

Preferred Background

Experience with leading international electrical equipment manufacturers, particularly in MV/LV solutions, application engineering, tendering, technical sales or solution management, is highly preferred.
