Job summary

A leading customer data platform provider is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge customer needs with platform capabilities. This role involves working with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Product teams to craft tailored solutions and demonstrate WebEngage's impact on business outcomes. Candidates need fluency in Arabic and English, with a solid background in Pre-Sales Solutions Engineering, CRM ecosystems, and cloud platforms. Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Pre‑Sales Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting preferably in SaaS MarTech, CDP or Analytics.
• Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), data architecture and integration frameworks.
• Excellent presentation, communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and solutioning sessions with prospects.
• Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations.
• Execute Proofs of Concept (POCs) to validate integration performance.
