We’re Hiring: Solutions Architect | Enterprise Architect

Level: Senior-Level / Management

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Solutions Architect | Enterprise Architect to design scalable technology solutions and define enterprise architecture strategies that support business growth and digital transformation. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and senior leadership to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and sustainable technology architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
• Define solution architecture, technical roadmaps, and architecture principles across applications, infrastructure, data, and cloud environments.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable and practical technology solutions.
• Lead architecture design sessions and provide technical direction throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Evaluate existing systems, identify gaps and opportunities, and recommend improvements to technology architecture.
• Develop architecture diagrams, technical specifications, solution designs, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, developers, infrastructure teams, security teams, and external technology partners.
• Establish and maintain enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, patterns, and best practices.
• Assess and recommend technologies, platforms, tools, and vendors based on business and technical requirements.
• Ensure solutions meet requirements for scalability, performance, availability, security, compliance, and maintainability.
• Provide technical guidance and architectural oversight for major IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.
• Support cloud adoption, modernization, integration, and application transformation initiatives.
• Identify technology risks, dependencies, technical debt, and potential architectural constraints.
• Ensure integration between applications, APIs, data platforms, infrastructure, and enterprise systems.
• Review technical designs and provide architectural recommendations throughout project implementation.
• Develop and maintain enterprise technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of enterprise architecture and technology governance practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, Technical Architect, or in a similar senior technology role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, solution design, and technology strategy.
• Experience designing complex, scalable, and highly available enterprise solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Solid understanding of application architecture, APIs, microservices, integration patterns, databases, and distributed systems.
• Experience with infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, data architecture, and enterprise technology environments.
• Strong understanding of architecture frameworks, design patterns, and technology governance.
• Experience leading architecture discussions and working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to balance business requirements, technical feasibility, cost, security, and long-term scalability.
• Experience with enterprise modernization, cloud transformation, or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent are an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
