Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in solution architecture in large-scale security and enterprise infrastructure projects.

• Experience with event streaming (Kafka, Kinesis) and NoSQL databases.
• Experience in designing APIs, microservices and modern integration patterns.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevSecOps and infrastructure-as-code.
• Background in Agile/SAFe and digital transformation programs.
• Experience in data security and privacy frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of enterprise-grade applications (web, mobile, API-first) ensuring modularity, reusability and security.
• Evaluate and select scalable technology stacks aligned with business goals using microservices, containers and serverless components.
• Ensure performance, scalability and observability with HA and API integration patterns.
• Design data solutions (data warehouses, pipelines) aligned with data strategy and BI integration.
• Collaborate with IT governance, security and quality teams to ensure compliance with standards.

The job holder is responsible to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure and high-performance application and data solutions. Balancing stability with innovation, the job holder defines and enforces enterprise architecture frameworks that ensure modularity, reusability, and compliance with governance and security standards. Responsible for evaluating technology stacks, managing architectural risks, supporting digital transformation, and providing oversight for critical projects, and also collaborates with cross-functional teams and mentors architects to build future-ready, resilient and business-critical systems that support round the clock operational environment

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of enterprise-grade applications (web, mobile, Application Programming Interface (API)-first platforms) to ensure that modularity, reusability and security are in line with enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Contribute to the evaluation and selection of scalable technology stacks aligned with business goals, leveraging modern paradigms like microservices, containers and serverless components.
• Ensure application performance, scalability and observability by implementing high availability strategies and designing API integration patterns that align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Design and implement data solutions, including data warehouses, pipelines, to support analytics by ensuring alignment with the broader data strategy and integration with BI tools, while adhering to enterprise data governance policies.
• Collaborate with IT governance, security and quality teams to ensure compliance with security standards, quality assurance across the application and data platforms.
• Provide architectural guidance for critical IT projects, ensuring compliance with approved enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices
• Drive digital transformation by delivering innovative technology solutions to enhance efficiency, modernize processes, and create measurable business value.
• Enforce design and architecture principles to ensure technology solutions are developed within a consistent, scalable, and compliant enterprise architecture framework.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field,
• TOGAF certification preferred.

Work Experience:

• Minimum experience of 7 years with proven experience (5+ years) as a Solution Architect in large-scale security and enterprise infrastructure implementation projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of enterprise application frameworks (.NET Core, Java Spring, Node.js)
• Experience with cloud-native services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for compute, storage, and databases
• Experience with event streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis) and NoSQL databases
• Experience in designing APIs, microservices, and modern integration patterns
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and infrastructure-as-code
• Background in Agile/SAFE methodologies and digital transformation programs
• Experience in data security, privacy frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
