Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a skilled Solution Architect to design optimal Salesforce solutions within customer environments. You will translate business needs into technical designs, scope full solutions, and guide multi-cloud deployments.

You will collaborate with clients to map requirements, create prototypes, and drive agile delivery while maintaining strong relationships across teams and ensuring delivery quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of CRM experience.
• Ability to translate business strategies into effective implementation designs.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills, with clear documentation of requirements.
• Self-directed, capable of breaking down complex processes and driving progress.
• Expertise in process modeling and standard methodologies.
• Knowledge of data flows and integration points in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in business process redesign and roadmap planning for multi-cloud implementations.
• Understand current business processes in detail by working with client teams.
• Engage with IT stakeholders to tailor Salesforce-based solutions.
• Build strong client relationships and collaborate with internal/external teams.
• Create prototypes and write user stories from requirements for agile teams.
• Support UAT and Go-Live activities with test planning and execution.
• Map data requirements to Salesforce objects and external endpoints.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Capture solutions with flowcharts, diagrams, and descriptive materials.

Our Solution Architects play a key role in settling optimal use of the Salesforce product in the customer environment. We are seeking for Salesforce products with industry experts who are passionate about digital transformation and customer experience. Your responsibility is to understand the customer's business requirements, design, and configure the desired solution along with an ability to scope the entire solution

YOUR IMPACT

• Participating in business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identifying touchpoints in multi-cloud implementations.
• Working closely with our customers to understand the current business processes at a detailed level.
• Participating in discussions with various levels of customer's IT business partners.
• Developing strong client relationships by building trust, rapport, and positive working relationships with both internal and external collaborators and team members.
• Working with internal and customer stakeholders to create prototypes, proof of concepts, and sample mockups as a means of eliciting and defining business requirements.
• Creating and owning user stories/business requirements documents as an outcome of the requirements gathering sessions, and detailing out the user stories in the agile sprints for the scrum team to work upon.
• As required, participating in the UAT and Go-Live process, including test planning, development of test scripts, testing logistics, test execution, and status reporting.
• Analyzing the data requirements, structures, and integration points of the process, and creating mapping to Salesforce objects or external REST endpoints.
• Identifying business process improvements and opportunities for automation.
• Documenting work using flow charts, written descriptions, screenshots, and videos.
• Applying knowledge, skills, and judgment to make decisions and resolve issues.
• Maintaining a target billable utilization aligned to the role.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 10 Years of CRM experience.
• Demonstrated capability to understand business strategies and application objectives, and translate those requirements into effective implementation designs.
• Excellent design skills, including the ability to critique visual elements and optimize user flows.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to clearly document requirements and process assets using text, diagrams, and videos.
• Self-directed, with the ability to break down a complex process, assign actions, and manage progress within a set timeline.
• Expertise in process modeling tools and standard methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of key processes in industry-specific solutions.
