The Challenge

You’ll architect solutions for complex business problems spanning multiple systems and teams. This requires architects who can balance technical ideals with practical constraints – designing systems that are scalable, maintainable, and deliverable within business timelines.

The role demands broad technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence technical direction across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Design end‑to‑end solutions for complex business requirements
• Define system architecture, integration patterns, and technology choices
• Create technical specifications and architecture documentation
• Review and approve designs from engineering teams
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend adoption strategies
• Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, and reliability requirements
• Partner with Product and Engineering on technical feasibility
• Drive architectural standards and best practices
• Mentor engineers on architecture and design patterns

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in architecture roles
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture
• Experience architecting high‑scale, low‑latency financial systems
• Strong knowledge of multiple technology stacks and integration patterns
• Expertise in API design, event‑driven architecture, and data modeling
• Understanding of security, compliance, and operational excellence
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fintech or financial services architecture experience preferred
