Job summary

The candidate will drive security-first design, governance, and architecture standards while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure solutions that meet performance, resilience, and regulatory requirements.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect with strong expertise in Enterprise Solution Architecture, Security Architecture, Cloud‑Native Technologies, and Modern Application Design to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives within the banking sector.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience designing secure, scalable, resilient, and high-performing enterprise solutions across web, mobile, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and network security architectures.

This role requires strong technical leadership, architecture governance, stakeholder management, and deep knowledge of cybersecurity best practices within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end enterprise solution architectures aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
• Develop and maintain architecture standards, governance frameworks, reference architectures, design principles, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, delivery teams, and technology leaders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design architecture for enterprise web applications, mobile applications, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native ecosystems.
• Ensure architecture aligns with user journeys, enterprise architectural patterns, security principles, scalability, resiliency, and performance requirements.
• Produce high-level solution designs (HLD), low-level designs (LLD), architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Information Security teams to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of enterprise systems and banking data.
• Develop and implement security policies, standards, and architecture guidelines across enterprise platforms.
• Design secure network architectures including: LAN WAN WLAN SD-WAN Data Center Networking Cloud Networking Design secure enterprise environments using: Network Segmentation Firewalls VPN Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) Network Access Control (NAC) Web Application Firewalls (WAF)
• Drive solution reviews, architecture governance, peer reviews, and technical design approvals.
• Support Agile delivery teams by providing architectural guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Improve architecture delivery processes through automation, reusable design patterns, and reference architectures.
• Mentor solution architects, engineers, and technical teams on architecture best practices and emerging technologies.

Required Technical Skills
