Job summary
Elite Talent Strategy is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to drive Solar & Battery Energy Storage Systems placements in the Dubai region. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build client relationships, and secure new business with multinational and Middle East clients.
The role rewards an excellent base salary plus uncapped commission, benefits, and a relocation package to help you settle in Dubai.
Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for Solar or Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
- Proven track record of meeting revenue targets through business development.
- Strong client development and relationship-building skills.
- Experience coordinating with multinational and regional clients in the Middle East.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of Solar/BESS recruitment assignments.
- Develop new client opportunities and expand the regional client base.
- Collaborate with international offices to ensure service delivery.
