Job summary

Veengu is building a next-gen core platform for fintechs, focusing on high-load, API-first design. The Delivery Engineer / IT Manager will own project delivery, coordinate between customers and teams, manage scope, and lead technical setups for API integrations and onboarding.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in delivery roles, strong API/de ployment knowledge, and clear communication in English. Remote, hybrid, or office options are available in Dubai or globally via contracts.

We are looking for a Delivery Engineer / IT Manager who can run complex projects and make sure things get built, launched, and working - without drama.

What you will do

• Own project delivery for customers: organise kick-offs, set expectations, keep everyone aligned.
• Plan and coordinate work between customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Manage scope carefully - no endless feature creep, no runaway projects.
• Handle customer concerns early - spot risks, elevate only when needed.
• Communicate clearly: regular updates, milestone tracking, risks, actions.
• Lead technical setups: configurations, API integrations, system onboarding.
• Support project expansions: help customers grow their platforms with new features.

Who you are

• 5+ years of project-management or delivery experience (consulting, banking, fintech, SaaS, etc.).
• You understand APIs, software deployments, and integration-heavy systems.
• You can plan, manage, and unblock projects without getting stuck in red tape.
• You like solving problems early, not waiting for escalation meetings.
• You are confident communicating directly with both tech teams and business users.
• Strong written and spoken English - we work in an international team.
• (Bonus) You know basics of financial systems, payments, wallets, core banking.
• (Bonus) You are comfortable using ticketing, logging, and monitoring tools (Jira, Grafana, etc.).

You do not need to know everything from day one - but you must be proactive, hands-on, and ready to learn fast.
